Gin Belet is a quest for pure flavours. A free interpretation of what a gin could be, conceived in the avid minds of Koen De Jans and Jules Dobbels. A few years ago, we shut the doors of the old distillery behind us, in search of new views—which we found in the Rhodope Mountains.
We use real ingredients: things we grow ourselves, crops harvested from farmers and sprouting in our neighbour’s backyard, honest fruit and wild flowers. We don’t have any formulas and we don’t collect antique books.
What we do have, is a collection of distillations that follow the weather and the seasons. Every cuvée is different—which makes sense to us. And makes it all exciting. And fun.
